Snap-On S-9083 T handle half face wrench

Hope I can find someone with more Snap-On knowledge than I apparently have. Looking for name of this tool and purpose.

It appears like an injector line crows foot but IDK.

I looked over a lot of threads here and AA along with Google Lens but turned up nada...

Snapmom, any idea on this one? It resembles an aircraft nut wrench but I can't find anything on it. It's got a N 4862 34 inscribed on it, its a 1/2"drive, and it's a 1 1/16 wrench working end.
