Snap-On S8695 (same as S8695C) socket and a Performance Tool #W83009.
Snap-On was lightly engraved on the side but has been ground off, doesn't affect the use of the socket. The performance Tool socket/puller is in very good condition.
Snap-On socket #S8695 used to remove the 4 lug DANA 44 series axle nut on the front axle (and others) and the Performance Tool #W83009 is used to pull the spindle with the use of a slide hammer. Once the spindle is removed you can pull the axles for u-joint, seals, differential service, ect...
Removes spindle from housing (steering knuckle) on most common 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton, 4 wheel drive trucks. 3 step design fits 1 1/2", 1 5/8" and 2" spindles. Use with 1/2" 20 thread or 5/8" 18 thread slide hammer. Heavy duty carbon steel construction.
