What are these worth?

In the real world I mean. I don't care how cheap you can get them online. I don't shop online. Also I'm in eastern canada, so don't have the abundant used tool market some of you do.

Easily $100-$150 in my opinion on the used market. Don't remember the new price, but I have the set in orange and two ratcheting drivers + a stubby in black. Bought my last ratcheting kit used for $50 in the case with a lot of bits. I'd rather have orange or neon like that to make them easier to spot when working with them. All of those are fantastic screwdrivers.

Buying or selling? Used or NOS, hard to tell from the pictures.

If they are NOS and I put them on eBay to sell, it would be for $250-275 and they wouldnt last long. The missing stubby doesn't hurt that bad since it includes the ratcheting screwdriver.

You better stop typing and grab that set asap...That is a great deal!

THIS! I'm on my way to Canada right now to get them. :)

Killer deal, you will love using them. If you want a black ratcheting screwdriver for some reason I'd happily swap with you too.

Great, now I'm paranoid he'll sell them to someone else first. They're about 50 miles away, but I have to go there for work Monday anyway

I'm currently building my second set of those in Orange.

Im one away from being done, and I've paid anywhere from $15-$22 apiece (lightly used) on eBay and from forum members here.

$75 dollars is outstanding!

I missed it. Turned into a 3 way bidding match. I believe fellow GJ'er Canuckian got them, along with some other snappy stuff. I was bummed, but o well I don't need any more screwdrivers anyway. ( wipes tears)

You are correct it was me that got them. Made the deal with the seller earlier in the day. There was no bidding match that I know of unless the seller meant there was a lot of interest in that set. I got them for the advertised price and I picked up a couple of hh ratchets he had with him.

That's just what the seller told me. I saw your post in new tool arrivals yesterday morning. I was like damn it! I knew I should have went to Sussex as soon as I saw them. Anyway, glad someone who appreciates them got them. And by the way, you ****!

So I missed the green screw drivers last week. This week I find the same set, but in blue. Double the price ($150) advertised as new, never used.

How does blue stack up against green price wise? From what you guys tell me and what's on eBay, it's still a decent price.

Illb admit the green set was a pretty crazy deal but the blue set you posted normally sells for about the same or in some cases even more than the green set. Hell, if you buy them and dont want the tray, ill buy the tray from you to bring the price down a little. Of course that all depends on where youre located lol. You said you were 50 miles from sussex, if thats 50 miles north, south or west, it probably wont be doable as im in NS lol

I had the gas and the cash, just not the time. If only my foreman (and wife) had the same thoughts as you! Lol

I hear you bro!!

I am self employed so I have an advantage:bounce:

But that is the deal on CL. My son found a great deal on a vehicle yesterday and made arrangements to look at it tonight. Guy calls him an hour ago and says, sorry it just sold. You can't blame the seller, a bird in the hand and all. At least the guy calls him and lets him know!

I think $150 for that blue set is a great deal as well. If you've never used those screwdrivers, then take my word for it. Especially that ratcheting driver!

Today's haul. Drivers, a blue Earnhardt f836 and a fx936 locking flex. Drivers and the 836 have never been used. The 936 needs a good clean and lube but is in decent shape

$220 in all.

I think you did very well. You're gonna love those drivers, no matter what color they are. :bounce:

Last weekend I scored one of these discontinued ratchets for $100 and love it. Also got a set of SAE and metric Blue Point reversible ratcheting combo wrenches, Snap On die grinder, and a 1/4" Snap On extension set for another $200. Nice scrounging weekend for me!
