I keep seeing people talk about all the colors of snap on screwdrivers, and there allways seems to be more and more colors.

So what colors did they come in.

HOW RARE ARE THEY??

The order or rarity of colored handled Snap on's (NOT INCLUDING POZIDRIVE GRAY) goes:

Brown
Clear with sparkles and Clear
Purple
Pink
Light Blue
Ducks unlimited (hunter) Green
Maroon
White/Pearl
Lime green
Dark Blue
Red
Yellow
Orange
Black

There are colors for hard handles that are used on certain things.
The colors listed below are ones that were on picks and small Torx drivers.

There are no Factory Pink or Purple Breaker bars or Ratchets and no yellow handled ratchets. If you find one, please post a picture. I doubt anyone ever will.

This thread could go for a while about what colors they used, and what they didn't.

black - EVERYTHING
white - Screwdrivers
lime green -Screwdrivers, * Torx
hunter green (Ducks unlimited) - Ratcheting Screwdriver, Screwdrivers

Don't forget the turquoise colored BelAir series. It's a different shade than the other light blues I believe.

BWP's list is pretty complete. BelAir blue should be added.

can you buy just the handles anywhere? im restoring my 78 gmc k 35 and i use the stubby handles on column shifter, and on both transfer case shifters, and the small pick or scribe handles for turn sig and tilt handles, the reason im asking is im trying to get a set of yellow handles that would consist of 3 yellow sddi stubby handles and 2 yellow pick handles

They don’t make those in yellow anymore, even when then brought back hard handles couple years ago they didn’t offer stubby or mini ones
