Snap-on screwdrivers with brown finish. Really?

Saw these on ebay, noticed in the Q & A he was telling potential buyers the shanks had a brown finish. Is this correct?

Hell, if that was the closest picture he was going to post anyway, he may as well have just taken them to the wire wheel....:lol_hitti

terrible picture, he will probably lose himself some money by not including better shots..

the stubby flat head looks like it is a gs industrial finish.. he probably thinks it should be brown but instead is supposed to be dull black.

I have the identical set they are not rusted. I wanted chrome but my snap on rep ordered the wrong ones so I got a really good deal on my set. They are holding up well but they are only a few years old.
