Snap-on SDDD22: they finally made a hex handle!

After years of using my own custom made Snap-on screwdriver handle with a recessed 1/4 hex receiver, even showing it here a few times, I was excited to see they finally made one!
It uses a reversible shaft that is PH2 and SL1/4, with a proprietary ball retention system.
It would have been nice if it was a universal power bit handle, but we know how that goes.
It currently comes in black, red, orange, green, and hi-vis. $59.

this one looks exactly like the one Tekton has which is also made in the US so I’m guessing the same factory is making it for both companies

maybe not never mind the Tekton has their name embedded into the handle

Nice. Looks like a replacement to the discontinued (and very popular, at least in aviation) to the SDDD42

Have you seen some of the crazy prices on eBay?

The Tekton one Mikey showed would be equal to the SnapOn SDDD41
