Snap on sockets like grey pneumatics Duos???

There is a set of sockets at a flea market near me I wanted to buy but didn't know enough info on them. They are black and silver (plain metal) just like the grey pneumatics duo dual purpose impact sockets you can use like or as chromed they are thinner than most impacts but still same softer metal and black on bottom silver on top. I looked on eBay and in snap on catalog and found nothing. I figured if snap on thought they we're great they would still offer them but since not I figured they weren't worth getting. Are they rare or something?
Sorry no pics didn't have phone with me at the time just look at the gp ones as they look identical. Maybe rebrands?

Or it could have been standard sockets in the black industrial finish.

No they are not solid black and are made of same steel as impacts. They are 2 tone colored.

I might just go buy them this weekend and post pics but they are $5 a piece all snap on is $5 each and wright and sk and Williams are $1 each all industrial brand sockets are $1.When I get funds I should just go buy them out I'm sure they gotta be all worth that plus more I spend the cheaper end price will be. I almost bought all the wright ones. I also bought all the Williams kobalt they had. They are dumb when it comes to brands they think craftsman is gold and want more for them than the industrial brands. If anyone needs anything to complete a set I can help they have millions of sockets lol. Tool heaven.

I think I know what you are looking at. They may be either industrial finish or impacts that were owner engraved. Most second hand industrial Snap On are ex USAF or industry tools. The markings are almost always on the upper part, not the portion stamped by Snap On. So guys steal these from work then grind off the vibro-etch and they look like duos (only reversed). $10 says that's what you are seeing. snap On never made tools that look like this. Most industrial finish sockets are 12pt SAE

Apparently, the industrial finish six point metric sockets on my truck must be rare!

Also, you will never see a chromed impact socket, it's dangerous!

They're wasn't any grind marks and we're not industrial because of the design and steel also had a strange part number that wasn't impact or industrial they had both types of sockets there as well these we're new sockets and in used as well with newer snap on logo and date stamped early 2000s. I might just buy like 2 of them and post pics. I know they are factory made and are not ground down to remove owners marks the finish is silky smooth black on bottom and plain steel on top. I looked at thin wall impacts and not the same as well. There is also knurling on them different from impact or industrial. Maybe they were a 1 year type ordeal and rebranded. I just am not sure about them but they look neat I've been wanting the GP Duo set in 3/8 and these look identical and are cheaper.

Industrial finish is just a standard option on the standard ratchetsI and sockets 6 and 12pt. I dont know where he got that they didn't. Not everyone knows all theyre facts on here. Including me sometimes I'm sure you got 6 young kids and babies around like i do you forget a lot.

Back in the late 1970s Snap-on impact sockets were two tone. Flat black and a cadmium looking finish.
