Snap-on T936 stamp...

Below is a pic of my 2000 T936 ratchet bought new off the truck. As you can see it does not have the circle around (Snap-on USA) nor does it have “on/off” by the selector lever.

I have always wondered if this ratchet didn’t make it to the next stamping station or if Snap-on did this intentionally for a short period of time. Anyone have one stamped like this?

maybe one of snap on assembly inspection missed that.. but that is rare... i would do nothing unless if it has problems...

just an error. it happens from time to time. I see stuff once or twice a year that is messed up.

I have a stubby 3/8" ratchet that looks like that; that Snap-On script I think was used for just a little while as well... I don't see them very often!
