I noticed that too with the question mark in the title. I think those are factory seconds, I'm not an expert though maybe that's a Bahco/Williams ratchet or a lookalike?
Aside from the ones that are not marked, the TL72 I bought the photos said SO on it. It also said it may not be the actual item in the photo. I will let you know when it arrives.

I didn't see any listing with a question mark or one saying they were not marked, must have missed them. Also didn't see any that sold for 25 bucks either.
Anyway I got my TL72 that I ordered a couple days ago. Everything looks legit to me, there is some numbers etched on the shank of the handle, looks like a serial number or something. It's definitely professionally done, not by hand.

one did sell for 24.95 then they went up to 34.95.

I bought one last night. After reading the ad carefully after I bought it I noticed that in the description it says that the ratchet in pics aren't the ratchet you are bidding on. That is a bit odd as it's just as easy to take a pic of the actual ratchet and post it to finding a stock pic and posting. I think I'm smelling something foul here. I'll keep you guy's posted as to what I actually bought.

I wouldn't worry about it, lots of people use the same picture for listing, especially when you have multiples listed in the same auction. I got mine that I ordered and it's legit.

Got mine, had the laser engraved number on it but fine otherwise. Came bone dry inside though, FYI.
