So this is an older design flex head. The ratchet mech works fine. My issue is the pivot joint at the flex seems a bit sloppy. It doesnt have a screw, but rather a pin and either after years of use (I got it used) it is worn away on the ratchet itself or the ratchet head as it has some slop.

Looked at the repair kits, they dont seem to have a pin.

Ideas?

I would like to keep this one going as the head is much smaller than the newer design and it fits in places the new ones cant.

Find a newer Snap on TM10G breaker bar that has the screw instead of the pin and put your ratchet head in it.

Squeeze the ears in a vise? Add a spring washer between the ear and the head?

Good idea. I think ill try and find some sorta washer or get a breaker bar and use that!

I would just tell my Snap on guy to give me a new one if he can't fix it.
They do not make this ratchet anymore.
