Galletin Gateway, MT is about as middle of nowhere as you can get. Might be some good buys because of that. It is 400 miles from me, so not gonna work on short notice.

Its not in the middle of nowhere its right around Bozemon, 400 miles is nothing for a good auction though.

I might be there if i'm not working, the auction company isn't to bad to deal with and its only an hour to an 1-1/2 from home (although I hate that area).

I get over there regularly. Heck, I know Montanans drive who drive 100 miles to get a pizza. But by the standards of most of the rest of the US, it is the middle of nowhere.

Way OT, but I worked all over the US back when. In Massachusetts, if I asked someone from Boston to drive twenty miles west of the 495 beltway, they were afraid they'd fall off the edge of the world.

Conversely, Montanans always were ready to drive 400 miles each way in a blizzard just to have a lunch meeting. Whole different way of looking at distances.

This is exactly why we hated the idiotic 55 MPH speed limit. I used to think it nothing to drive 80-100 miles for lunch. You learn to fill up when you have a chance.
