That doesn't look too bad. As long as the sheet metal is straight and the metal isn't corroded, I'd offer $75 and see what happened.

Depending on in person condition it could be a decent project or a time/money pit. Been outside for a while in what looks to be a junk yard, somewhat humid location. I'd throughly check the inside frame for serious rot. Lots of places to hold water and rust to propagate.

Or, if I was too ashamed off how it looked, I might slap some U.S. General badges on there and call it a day!

Yeah...at $175 it could be a good deal or a folly depending on rust (and whether that missing wide drawer is nearby). Sure wish I were closer...I need rear doors for mine.
