Back in November I ordered a Krl1023 off the rock N Roll cab truck , my driver said it would be in some time mid January . But I still haven't seen or herd a time for it yet and he says he only finds out once they are shipped out. So how long was the wait for everyone else? It's been 2 and half months now , I'm up in Canada if that makes a difference on time. I got it in a non common colour white with black trim I was thinking maybe that slows it down.

Yeah I been itching for it since the day I orderd it . A couple guys in my tuck class said it took 4 months for 2 people at the shop they work at. I'm hoping it doesn't take that long . That rock n roll truck had awesome deals thro wasn't planing on buying a new box I just bought my krl722 8 months ago and was going to only get a riser hutch for it. But for the hell of it I priced out the krl1023 when he was my shop and they gave me what I paid for my box 4500 and then gave me 4000 off the price of the krl 1023 , so it came to 2600 and the hutch was going to be 3500 for the krl722 I have . So how could I say no to that . Ahahaha

Build time is varies greatly. I've been told the best way to order a box is talk with your dealer and have him order it as one of his stock boxes. These normally have a pretty quick ship. You think 2 months is bad for a box, I have had wait times of close to a year on bobcats. Don't even get me started on back order parts.

That is incredibly poor delivery for standard product. Snapon should be ashamed.

My last 2 matco boxes have taken 4-6 weeks to get, you are going to be waiting a while whoever you order from. And those weren't during promo times. It's not like they have a pile of boxes sitting on shelves waiting to go out.

The times I ordered boxes, they took a week to get or less to get. My 1022, the dealer had it on his truck for three months and wanted it gone.

From what I was told. Snap on runs on low or no stock. When ordering colors they wait till they have so many boxes to build so they run them through the paint shop all at one time

snap only carries in stock Common boxes in common colors only. now that all the boxes are made in USA ( some cheaper ones krl and carts were make in canada) that might be why they run low on stock since they only build out of one plant now.

snap on Sent my KRSC46 via UPS freight and i got in in 5 days but that was after waiting 10 months for it to be build supposedly but its because it was it was brand new flat black color. i also ordered a SS top for my krl1023 got it 2 weeks.

1st set took a week, dealer had them "in stock" in his garage
2nd set i unloaded off the truck the same day i bought them.

but this was back when toolboxes came in 1 color, no "custom" configurations, trim, and few add on accessories
