PICT0074.jpgNew to this site folks and I like what i'm reading!
I have a general question and hope I'm asking in the right forum.
My pops recently gave me his old tools along with his Snap-On tool box.
I am wondering how old it is.
The only stampings on the box's are as follows:

Top Box:
KRA-59A
USA 69

Bottom Box or Cart:
KRA-377B
USA 70

If anyone knows how to decifer the age from this I would Really appreciate it.

Thanks.

Very cool! I just finished restoring the 3 boxes my pops gave me, including the 59A, however, mine looks a little different than yours. Possibly newer?

Your 59A looks the same to me. The only thing that looks different is that you went with full length chrome pulls rather than the original oval type. Looks great though.

Thats the only difference I see, too. And the logo style, but thats no big deal.

I wasn't the original buyer of the box so I didn't know one actually had options as to different types of pulls.
