Snap On Tool Cart Red Paint

I have a KRA-396U Snap On Tool Cart I am restoring. This is a "Taco Wagon" cart from 1973. Does anyone know if the paint on this box is lead paint, or is it just plain enamel?

IIRC the papers that came with the '79 KR557/537 I have said enamel paint. It'd still be a good idea to wear a dust mask if sanding it.
