was supposed to get one for the box and extras i just got in January. now i see the guy who bought my box got his,i didnt get mine yet.on the agreement snapon sent there isnt any mention of a certificate, dont know if there was on his,but his was put through right after mine was. wondering if i got screwed or not out of a $450 cert.if i did i will be vary irate person, and probably not buy much through my dealer who told me i would be getting one,who wrote it on the quote. i think he might be eating the money, not the 7% he says they give, but the full 10% they give!

anybody have the same issues??

you need to talk to your dealer if he agreed to give you a tool certificate. i wouldnt call him irate, just call and ask him to call his credit manager and have them look into it. they do not give us those for free. we do lose money when we do that.

we talked a while about it. he had a few that didnt go through, talked to his regional rep who said they will put it through for him along with the rest of them also.

when we were talking i had the ball peen hammer in my hand. kind of said if i was getting screwed,i had 2 choices,1 hit him in the forehead with it,or 2,pay my truck account off in full and never buy from him again, then asked him what would hurt more!!!

on a lighter note,we joke around all the time,so i knew he would make things right by me.will keep buying from him!!

so it ended well...

we had a dealer here that a guy threw a hammer at him when he walked back to the truck.
the guy was really mad about something the dealer had nothing to do with. needless to say i would have had a gun with me when i went back in the shop

my old dealer didnt give out certs like my new dealer does,it costs him a little, but he makes out in the end on it though. last dealer i bought a classic 96 top and bottom, and 2 other boxes, new off him, didnt get a cert from any of them, this one i got a cert for the new box, which will go for finishing out the impact 3/8 shallow sets i got started.
