It is underlined snap on logo. One side has a 1/2" square driver and the other end has a 1/2" hex. It is labeled A-3022....785492.....4R-40......MADE IN USA

I actually thought it just looked like a hex to square adapter but assumed not as I've never seen such a thing besides the 1/4" ones for screwdrivers.
