Snap On toolbox drawer slides

I'd bet this has been covered already, but I can't find it.

The slides that come with a Heritage series box snap into place. I've found threads that discuss removal of these slides from the drawers and the box. However the replacement slides (8-05188ALRS) don't have the dimples needed to hold them in place and come with screws. Are the original slides available, and if so, what is the part number?

Here are some pics, old and new slides with the (dare I say) "snap on" catches circled in red on the old slides. Larger (wider) is the one that goes in the box, other is the part attached to the drawer.
