snap on toolbox price check

This box is listed on C/L for $2000.00. it is a KRA4114A & KRA4107B. Seller says it is about 6-7 years old and in good shape. Do you fill this is agood price. I will be trading a gun worth $1400.00 and possiple some cash. How about some in put please.

$2000 is a little high in my opinion. I have seen that combo go for $1500

I've seen that combo listed on my local craigslist for between 1-1.5k

I think 2k is high.

There is a lower box, similar to that one you posted (just has 2 thin drawers in place of one of the regular drawers) near me for $600.

Not trying to be a smart *** but it depends on wheather or not you overrated the value of your gun like he over rated the price of his toolbox. Most guns don't hold their resale Value very well. I bought all three of my Kimbers at about 50% of list. I can buy scoped rifles dirt cheap. Compare list price to list price and go from there. Then whoever is higher do 50% of the differance in list

I sold a similar set up (different colors) for 1200.00 and i've seen them under 1k if you're patient, especially if you dont mind something random on it, the yellow motocross box comes to mind. I think the one i saw last year or so was 9 or 950...

I bought the same box but with different drawer configuration for $2100 5 years ago from a dealer FWIW. Condition was about an 8 out of 10

not long ago that box setup was on snap on industrial promo for under $2000
Im thinking $1000 to $1200 and I personally would pay under $1000 for it

A kra 4107 should have 7 drawers, the lower grade kra 2000 series had 6 drawers, weaker slides, smaller casters. I had the kra 4000 wide drawer bottom and top chest combo bought brand new in 2000.

This is my KRA4107. The drawer arrangement is pretty nice with really thin top drawers.

I bought it for $750 in really nice condition, so a good price for the combo might be low teens.

if you look hard you can find a bigger box than that. and about the same price or cheaper
