There's a couple things on my box I am getting new of or refinishing slowly after I got my used krl a couple months ago.
I am going to get the ends of my handle powdercoated and I was trying to figure out a nice rubber replacement idea for the bar part. The handle is exactly 1" in diameter.

Any ideas?

Difficult->Piece of 1" ID hose.
Easy-> Nice grip tape, spiral wrap.
Rubberized coating?

1" heat shrink

That won't crack over time?
Not a bad idea. Only other thing I was thinking is bike/motorcycle grips that come in the 2 foot "cut ur own length"

Here's an idea I thought of. Would add a little "extreme green" color to my box aswell.
I would have to **** the two grips back to back

I ended up using some road bike cork grip tape. Got a bad *** black/grey camo type pattern. Wasn't too bad to install it either. Can't wait to get the handle ends back from powdercoat now.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1414771067.095660.jpg
