im pretttttty sure carts like that are not 3k, especially on the s.e.p program. you can get a 46'' service cart with full drawers for like $800, if they were asking 3k i would ask if it comes loaded

on my local craigslist you can get one of these for 3800

i have the one you linked to and trust me, that's no $3000 cart. loaded with brand new Snap on tools, yes it'd be worth $3000 but alone it's worth $300 or a bit more in used shape.

If a student buys a tool "cart" for 3,000 , please do your best to have them removed from the class and at the very least keep them away from working on peoples vehicles.

They clearly lack the common sense that is required to walk indoors while its raining outside.

Also, to RICKSTER, that red and silver cart is NICE. How bout pickin it up and shipping it to abingdon for me haha

Good to see you had smarts to not let them take you to cleaners with $3,000 price for Snap On cart! I thought they would offer discount off retail rather than major price gouging?!?##!?

Can get a nice jumbo tool chest equivalent to $8K to $10K SnapOn comparable one. See the Montezuma 72 Elite 17 drawer roller cabinet for just $1,000 at:

Some people think I'm stupid cause I am a girl, well they are wrong. I know better. I really hate when I go to the flea market and I ask a price of something and they tell me this outrageous price. I'm like nope i'll pass, because it is like retail price for a used tool.
Classy.

Too expensive.

Indeed that is a great price. On the Snap-on website I think they are still between $800 and $900 in your choice of colors. I just bought a royal blue one like yours off of CL and paid $500. You should link the seller to the Snap-on website for a reality check.

Got a better look at the toolbox today when I sold my books back and I guess drawers are filled with different tool kits. Oh and the pirce is $3824. Still not worth it I think as I get a 50% discount being in the student program and I can buy tool sets much cheaper and a tool box that I am looking at.
