I have tried every brand of tool and when you use them everyday all day SNAP ON just blows away everything else. I know we are paying for it but a quality tool that is made in America with quality craftsmanship is well worth the money...It's just like a good watch...something that can be turned down for generations!

It's coming... They have heard us :scared: I'm gonna say this doesn't make it to page 2 before the HF groupies show up.

But I agree. It's tough to beat the feel of a well made wrench in your hand :D

I believe companies that specialize in certain things are better than snap-on in certain areas. snap-on is great for wrenches, ratchets, air guns and air ratchets, sockets, screwdrivers, and many other things. But there are many times where somebody else produces a better quality tool. just be a smart shopper

It's a miracle!

I bought a small SO tool and put it in my box with a bunch of rusty import tools.

The next morning all those other tools were bright and sparkling and new looking!

And ever since I started using a SO wrench on my car, it's like I became a master mechanic. I seem to have magically learned all there is about car repair. I never break off rusty bolts anymore. I always seem to know where the loose connection is. I never have extra parts after a repair.

It's like TOTES DEF AMAZEBALLS!

Aren't Blue Point made in Taiwan?? Not saying the OP said BP, but kinda goes against their argument.

I will say that SO pliers have extremely little flex, even compared to NWS.

Yeah... I don't see what that has to do with their US line though. BP has always been asian sourced.

Nope, the Blue Point brand dates back to the beginning days. Give it time and I guarantee SO's main line will be off shore as well.

Yeah, but the price will stay the same, just like craftsman.

Are you talking about Snap-On? Seems like you turn around and they've increased their prices. They've been increasing their tool prices about 5-10% every year or so.

Oh and free drinks for everyone! Except the OP, he's shut off.

Bringing this back to the OP's point haha ... for now it is hard to beat their quality. It is easier to beat their price. It's up to the user to determine what value the tool offers them.

I called it... You include their ratchets in that junk category? I've yet to find a nicer ratchet than a dual-80.

Truck tools in general are grossly overpriced, however they're a long way from "junk".

Don't claim your prize yet, you specifically stated Harbor Freight, we don't know what brand RayJay prefers.
