there are a lot of those all over the USA. all of them end up being a house. the only store i know of is in florida.

Wow, I had no idea they had traditional retail stores in America. Out of curiosity, is it a corporate store or old franchisee who didn't have the restrictions put in place?

There used to be one in Toronto many years ago. Before my time but my dad told me about it and I have seen a few people mention it on GJ.

Google also lists Des Moines Iowa as having a walk in store for MSC but as we know this isnt true... It is however incredibly sad.

Was in Sherway Gardens Mall (The Queensway/ Hwy. 427) around mid eighties. It was located right across from the Eaton's store (now Sears). Only lasted a year or two. Went in there a few times to look around but never bought anything. S.O. has always been too rich for my blood.

I bought my first Snap On tools back in the early 1990s. I went to a local distribution center in Buffalo and they sold me a couple impact socket sets over the counter at list price; cash.

I've no idea if the place still exists.
