Snap On torque wrench question

I have a 3/8 SO torque wrench that apparently has the "positive lock" feature in which you can't turn the handle down to the point where the wrench comes apart. I went to use it today and noticed that the handle was down past the lowest mark (5 ft lb). Must not have been paying attention when I put it away last. Even though I know the wrench isn't at risk of coming apart being set below the lowest point, will it still cause any issues having been that low?

Click type torque wrenches should be reset to zero when not in use. This is in most owners manuals.

I have the 3/8 an 1/2 snap on click types and after every use I turn the handle as far back as it will go until it can't turn any more, which is below the lowest set of numbers.. Never had one open up on me

Certain models of Proto torque wrenches need to be turned to NO LESS than the lowest setting of the tool (ie. 90 lb/ft on a ¾ drive I frequently use) Turning it down further will cause the components to unseat inside and they have and will, on occasion not reseat correctly and have to be taken apart/put together by a tech and recalibrated.

Oh okay, so that must be that positive lock thing? It just stops turning?

Basically I'm just wondering if having wound down slightly below the scale messed it up internally or knocked it out of calibration.
