Snap-On Transmission Jack Identification

I inherited my father's transmission jack several years ago and is now leaking. I will contact Snap-On, but any idea on the model? There is no asset tag that I can find that would identify what model.

Yup. Plenty of seal kits on the aftermarket for these units.
