Actually 100K on a color copier is alot. The office is prolly not going to run up that volume in a year, what possibly happened is that it was leased to someone else, funding couldn't happen, they made all the copies/prints they needed, then it got picked up, may have also been a loaner unit to someone else.

-sorry not trying to hijack....

This is an 800lb machine designed for 100,000 per month. 10 years later it's still running fine, and only has about 30,000 more on the counter. I just wish I could get Win 7 drivers for it.

Well I met my dealer today, I got polished stainless drawer guards for the box and side cab, no charge to me. I am very happy with the outcome, no more scratches, and a nice upgrade for the box. I'll post pics when I get them on. He also had a nice new epic on the truck, with painters tape on the tops of the drawers!

Seems like problem solved. Good for you.

First of all, I wouldn't pay $6000 for a tool box. But! if I did, I would expect it to be absolutely perfect. I don't care who made it. (this is not a * I hate Snap On statement*) Just a personal opinion.

Did your dealer do this on his own or did he get some "coaching" from corporate?

Yes, please post images of the guards. (out of the box and installed).

Glad to hear SO came through.

I am very interested in seeing the guards installed as well. I have a black KRL761 and have been thinking about these.
