Snap On vintage tool boxes: dates and values?

I picked these up over the last year and looking for feedback on age, desirability and value of these boxes.

I assume the black one is older, but it’s in good condition wearing what I think is original black paint. ‘30s or ‘40s?

The blue one has later hardware/handle, is in worse shape, but restorable. I’m thinking ‘60s or ‘70s.

Appreciate your thoughts on age, collectibility and potential value. Thanks!

I have one like your blue box, I forget the model but it is stamped with the model number and date code on the bottom. Mine is mid to late 1960s if I remember correctly.

The black one is mid to late 30s 1/2 drive set box, 30 to 50$. The other is much later and spray bombed, 15 20 bucks.
