Snap- on vintage tool chest. $200 score

I am pretty sure this was a good deal. If I remember it’s 70’s. I picked another one of the same exact style. Now I have a set. Very happy. Cleaned up and greased drawer slides and wheels, how much is it worth? My other one I got for free and this one was $200.

You are absolutely correct. The guy who I bought it from said his father worked on planes. Now I’m blanking on the location. I want to say San Diego. He said they were so heavy that they would move them around with the Plane dolly’s. I am contemplating taking the wheels off and integrating it into my table saw platform. Otherwise it will just take up space in the middle of the shop to have access to the three sides with storage.

The date stamp should be on there somewhere. On these taco wagons I'm not sure where they stamped the codes but you'll find it. Looks to be late 60s/early 70s and these heavy rigs are still in demand today.

At $200 you did very well on this box. I'm not sure about your local market but around here that would fetch about $400-$500 on Craigslist.
