My neighbor has an older snap on vise that looks to be in really good shape. Seems to be about 6" with the swivel base. He purchased it new in the 80's and I'm thinking about making him an offer on it. What's a rough value for it and is there a good market if I decide to flip it?

He's selling off all his tools, he is retired and has no use for the stuff anymore. Lot's of snap on and mac stuff, I actually have a vise that he bought for me already. But I would possibly swap it out and keep the snap on or just sell it.
