Nej Snapon kommer inte garantin ett objekt som köptes av eBay. För att få garantin, måste du köpa produkten från Snapon.com eller en återförsäljare.

If you do, you best clean it up afterwards!

Jeg trør du skal kjøpe den verktøy frå en offisiell forhandler til å ha garantien.

Du kan prøve å snakke med dem:

SWEDEN
Snap-on Tools
International, LLC.
European Division
Office - North
e-mail: European Division North

Eller snakke med en svensk forhandler og kanskje kan de hjelpe deg.

How is my norwegian? It's the best I can give you, haven't made my way east to your neck of the woods yet.

You can always just buy the replacement parts, $10-$20 for the rebuild kits and hinge parts kits. That is, if you can find them on your side of the pond.

The ratchets will probably outlive you.

Well you shouldn't have paid so much for a broken toolbox. The guy also scammed you by talking up the warranty, you should have done your research first. I think they are more strict on the original owner rule with toolboxes than with tools.

If the ratchets are new, they should last you the rest of your life. The most they'll ever need is a rebuild kit or a replacement soft grip.

I was talking to a norwegian Bahco rep today while he fed me hotdogs and catalogs.

I asked him if Bahco would be willing to warranty or offer spare parts for tools that interchange in SO, BP and Bahco tools, such as the dual 80 ratchets, ratcheting screwdrivers or impacts.

He said that even though Bahco was owned by SO and his paycheck said SNA Europe-Norge that he could not warranty those tools, only the ones that are marked Bahco. Not a surprise, but a question worth asking.

We started discussing COO after I asked him whether or not the Bahco 8150 I was holding had the SO dual 80 mechanism. He confirmed that SO has factories in Taiwan and China. He said he didn't remember anything that was made in the chinese factory, I pointed out the 24" Bahco adjustable wrench, and he did admit to remembering that one.

He had a lot of stuff on great prices, nothing I needed or wanted unfortunately. I must say though, the 8150 did not feel as amazing as I had imagined after all the dual 80 hype, definitely not worth the premium price.

It's not looking good for the warranty man.
