Will snap on warranty striking pry bars for gouges in the the tip? I was using mine tonight to remove some REALLLLLLLLY stuck ball joints (that even a pickle and an air hammer wouldnt budge) and put a gouge in the tip, just wondering if that is covered.

If you have a dealer show it to him, my guess is he'll warranty it. If not email or call snap on and tell them the bar broke. Doesn't sound like you were abusing it. They will send you a new one.

Really Boils down to YMMV.
If you've got a relationship with a franchisee, chances are it wont be an issue. If the only time you ever step onto a tool truck is for warrantying your eBay purchases, i'd say your SOL.

Not to be a **** but how big is the gouge? All mine the tips are beat up. I think it woulld have to be like broke in half for them to cover it?

I gouge mine all the time. When they get bad I just dress them on the grinder and they are back to new.

That's what I would suggest.
I had a rolling prybar that about 1/4" snapped off the tip so there wasn't enough left to grind to something satisfactory. That one I had warrantied.
Just a little gouging, it isn't worth my time to get it replaced if I can just grind/file it back to perfect in a few seconds.
