4' ? guessing because a tool chest is on average 40" tall, and that wrench is leaning so it should put it around 42"-44"

What is lame about it? It is an advertising tool it's not marketed as a working tool. In fact I don't even think you can buy it it's a promo piece.

It's a resin or plastic of some sort. I believe it is a resin and it is definitely NOT hollow. It has some definite weight to it. There are 2 little metal hooks on the back to hang it. I can take some pictures if someone would like.
