Snap-On Warranty

Kind of a lame question but does Snap-On have a warranty service that I could ship my broken tool to in order to get it fixed/replaced? My older flex-neck socket wrench broke and I hate not having it. The other problem is that I am almost always on the road for work (like now) and even when I am in town, I very rarely see a Snap-On truck. Thanks.
