I owned a Snap-on WB200 Balancer in the 90's. I'm considering buying one again. They're cheap now days. My question before buying one is how do you switch it to balance only on the inside of the rim, like a mag where you don't want the weights to show. I absolutely can't remember. I've searched for a manual with no luck. I've found several from scammers collecting your information. So, I don't need to be told about those. If you know where to legitimately get a manual, that works too. Thanks in advance!

Look at the symbol on the left knob (wheel diameter). Quickly turn the knob all the way to the left (counter clockwise) and back to flip modes between normal, Static and Fine.
