Snap On WB240 Wheel Balancer Front Panel

I recently acquired a Snap On WB240 Wheel Balancer. Everything appears to work just great but the numbers around the dials are faded/gone on my front panel. Does anyone have the front panel they would like to sell? Mine would look like the one attached.

As we discussed, I've taken some close up pictures from straight overhead that you could turn into a decal. Unfortunately, my machine was quite a bit more filthy than I remembered (boy does that dirt accumulate in my shop), even after some attempts at cleaning. I did also attempt to remove each knob, but they were really stuck on there, and I was not looking to break anything, so sorry, but they had to stay on. Perhaps someone with better photoshop skills than me can make something better with this. Hopefully the decimal inch ruler in the shots comes in handy.

Bump of this old thread, shout out to @rlitman for the pics they were a great help.
I picked up the same balancer for $100 and the overlay was gone, now it's usable again.

Does anyone happen to have the measurements and/or pics for the small drum that goes under the crank? I have cones but no drums. The small cone is listed as "wb1140-02" but doesn't appear to be available online.

Sorry this took so long. Both drums are 2-5/8" tall if you place the hub on a table and measure up to the rim.
The larger drum is 6" OD, and 4-3/4" ID. The smaller drum is a hair under 4-5/8" OD, and 3-3/8" ID.

I just acquired a WB240 so thank you for all this information, including the knob decal, which I need. I DO have a problem with getting the current cone off the spindle, and before I go brute force, I just want to run it by you folks that have the machine:

Does the cone just slide in on the spindle onto the spring? Mine appears to be stuck to the spindle and won't rotate or slide in or out from the spindle (see pic below). It won't move in and compress the spring either. Can I confirm that it should just slide off? If so, I guess mine is rusted a bit onto the spindle. I could heat it and use a bearing puller, but I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything, so confirmation from your folks would be appreciated.

Also, am I supposed to put a wrench on the spindle nut when I am tightening the outer drum onto the wheel?

Yeah, should just slide off. I had one stuck once but I can't remember what I did to get it off

I'd try to hold the hub in my hand and turn the cone with a pipe wrench (or large channellocks). It should move freely and just slide on, so perhaps it's jammed up with some rust or dirt. By holding the hub by hand should limit any forces going into the machine, and any scars from wrenching are cosmetic, so long as you file or grind any raised burrs off.

The gear puller did the job. This cone seems tight and still binds after cleaning, while the larger cone goes in and out with no problems.

So, on a related subject, perhaps someone can help identify my cones:

I only have two. The larger one is 5.5" to 3", with a height of approx 2.5"
The smaller one (which was stuck) is 3.5" to 2.75", with a height of approx 1.75"

Which cone am I missing, the smallest one? What is it's dimensions?
