i have not cleaned or restored these sockets at all. i sprayed with oil and wiped down to preserve.
took the worst picture i could so you can see what rust is inside the sockets. the outsides are nice chrome. lots of fine scratches. no owners marks or grindings.
diamond with the line, so should be 1988 date code if my eyes see correctly.
