Picked this up a few years back. No Model #. Just says Pat Pend.
1/2” drive. Kind of has a ratchet action when you twist and press on it the teeth mesh and operate somewhat like a ratchet. Anyone have anything to add about this? Thanks

It's a breaker bar ratchet adapter. Should be a few older threads on here about them.

Discussed on multiple threads, including the Snap-on thread. If you want to see others, search the Snap-on thread on "ratchet adapter." Quickest way to find it if it's not on Page 1 at the moment is to use the A-Z Index of Threads in the Sticky titled READ B4 POSTING! at the top of the forum.

To add just a little more detail to OTG's info..., that had to be produced sometime between 1920, when Snap-on applied for the patent, and 1923, when it was granted.
