Snap on wrench dating help

Well, I will embarrass myself more. I got this today as well for $5 at a sale. I am familiar with snap on dating however this doesnt have a mark. Does that mean I go by the patent date which is 1966? Im guessing this can fetch around $50. Not bad. I really appreciate any help.

I seem to remember one of the members posting something about a short period in the late 70's when SnapOn didn't include the date code. Something about the codes originally being used to determine warranty times, but with lifetime warranties SO thought that they didn't need them anymore. That thought didn't last for some reason.

I have a metric set of wrenches that are the same as yours.
