I currently have a set of Snap on Double box end wrenches, the XB series, have also noticed that Snap on makes another set of double box wrenches, called the High Performance XD series.

Are the XD series noticeably longer in length than the XB series?

Anyone have both? If so would like to get your input. Thanks, Mike B.

The XD's are longer then the XB's, but noticeably thinner too. The XB's have a very comfortable thick beam; quite a bit thicker than their combination wrenches.

XDHFM1516 -[that one about 13 inches long center to center of box ends] (and other sizes) is very flat and should be able to reach into narrow places.
there are Nepros Japanese wrenches something like that one also. Such as NM11L-1719
both seem to be high quality elite wrenches 12 point
I think Snap On has spline wrenches like those but don't have my catalog handy
