Snap On wrench year identify

I bought this off of ebay, maybe from one of you sellers haha. Just wondering what year this is from, also, what should I clean it with. Thanks.

Its early 30s, should have a date mark on the faceplate, like a * or a cloverleaf, or a number like 4 or 5.

If I remember correctly, this one in the auction had the screws on the bottom, and a 1931 date code.
