I am in the process of taking my Snap-On YA 700 apart and am thinking about assembly and have some questions.
On the Hyd. pump assembly chevron seals, how tight do I make that little nut that holds them in place? I am thinking that the tighter I tighten the nut, the more the seals expand. Do I tighten the chevron seal nut with the plunger inside it's sleeve?
How tight do I tighten the big tank nut? I don't want to go too tight. I am thinking my 3/4" Impact will be too much?
Do I use a thread sealer on the big tank nut threads, pump assembly threads, safety valve set screw threads, pressure and suction valve screw and the gallery plug?
What lube should I use on the O-rings and seals?
