First of the year kick off meetings were last month. The national franchisee conference is in August. This year its in Vegas. ZZ Top is going to play for us on Saturday night.

"At the end of the day" WHOM do you thinks pays for these benefits.......

Guess its just a corporate cost of doing business that is expensed away amongst other tax deductions

The outrageous cost of new SO tools has absolutely nothing to do with all this.

I think it would make more sense to be upset with politicians parties than your snap on guys. Some of these politicians party like that all year.

A stress test of the epic box
They put a 1000 lb steel plate on top to distribute the weight and ran the jack into a transducer to a computer screen for display. They finally put 24,000 lbs of force on a box before the sides started to buckle.

What is it about a quarter mil to get started?

Pretty sure you can also get started (try it out) as an employee driving a truck and making a salary in some markets. Snap on used to run adds in Northern Illinois a few years ago to that effect. Chadster, Mrshaun can you comment on this?

They do have company trucks where the drivers are Snap-on employees. They can't cut you any deals and have to go by the book on pricing. They also have to meet their sales matrix. They are on a route until it is sold to a franchisee.

The other question about cost? You don't need a quarter million but a good $50,000 or so laying around would make a nice down payment......
