I have heard ALOT of mixed reviews about this tool. I heard people praise it, and people Say it was total junk.
well I picked one up last week, And have used it a few times yesterday, and today. I must say, I am VERY impressed. it comes with a case, Charger (only took 45 min to get full charge from dead) , Two battery, and a Phillips / flat head screw combo. My snap on guy, also threw in a 1/4 inch chuck for my 1/4 inch sockets. All for 129.00 bucks.

Like I said, I have been using it yesterday, and today, and it has been working FLAWLESSLY. and i am still on the same battery.

but I would deff. recommend this for anyone, who is thinking about getting one. AND, its only 129 bucks. cant argue with that!

Yeah, it is a nice tool. I have one it broke a lil over a year having it. Everyone's in my shop had broke as well. My switch suddenly fell out. I cant get a new one.. b/o on snapon's website. I only used mine as a screwdriver, not a nut driver, so I didnt use mine very hard either. And yeah, that battery will last you quite a while.. its pretty nice.

I had that screwdriver for 2 weeks and thought it was junk after i picked up the Bosch ps-40 for 1/2 price at home depot, I hate that it dosent have varible speed, Stripping screws is very easy to do with this, Try the Bosch you will change your mind on it.

I've got one and it's been great so far. I've had it for maybe 5 months now and I beat on it. It'll put self tappers in sheet metal with no problem. I'd say it's the most used tool I have right now (car audio installation). Another guy I work with has one and he's had it well over a year and no issues so far.

I have had mine for over a year and I would say that I use it atleast 5 times a day. I use it for doing window motors in cars and they are usually 10-12mm and I crank on it, I use it for intakes on 3.4-3.8 anything bigger then a 13-1/2 I use air but I love this tool and would have to find something if I broke it.

I am very happy with the small Snapon screwdriver. It has plenty of power and is easy to control and gets into tight spaces. I have never owned a Bosch tool that wasn't a total piece of ****. I would not accept a Bosch tool if someone offered to give it to me free.

Have my Bosch GSR 10,8 V-LI here for over 3 years and it works still fine...when the akku is empty, I charge it full in 15 minutes...!!! Have a really nice LED on it and smooth adjustable torque clutch.
The button can be pushed lightly to have different speeds...

At all...Snap-On's screwdriver ***** for this price.

I have broken mine 3 times. I picked up a makita 2 driver 10.8v set at HD for $189 and love them. One is a impact and the other is a driver with adjustable clutch. I hope you have better luck than I did with the snap-on.

We have this Makita set also. It is amazing !!

My boss has the Snap on set shown above and I use it quite a bit. I like it for small trim screws and that and I LOVE the flashlight that came with it however the Makita set is 100x better and 100x better value.

We got the case with the two 10.8v Makita impact driver/drill combo and a giant free bit set for 160.00 Canadian !! Way more balls than the snap on unit and two batteries !!

I own one with the blue point bit set. I love it. Not problems with it at all. It's small and fits in tight spots and I have used it to drive self tapping screws through panels.

I have owned mine since October '08.

After reading this thread, I decided that I wanted one. I called a friend that has a local dealer, and got it last week. I paid $99 for mine, which I thought was a good deal. He said that they were on sale..

I love mine. It gets used nearly every day. My favorite thing is the rocker switch. Top tightens, bottom loosens. Beats heck out of a switch that has to be pressed.

I purchased a new one with clutch when they came out, $150. Pile of ****, finally made dealer refund me. Batteries are garbage, cant get through one heater core without switching the battery out 2 or 3 times. I am well versed in NiCad maintenence and take care of my batts as best I can, I dont know what cells SO uses but they need to upgrade. when I first got it I loved it, wondered how I lived without it.

I've got two of them. They're both the non-clutch style and they're both over a year old. I've never had a problem with either of them. One of them geta used just about every day. I use them on any fastener with a 1/2" or smaller head.

Have any of you checked out the Metabo? There's a super small one that's supposed to be pretty powerful. It's not on the CPO site, and as I recall, it was pretty expensive, but I'm so happy with my Metabo grinder -- it's so well-built and impressively constructed -- that I'd get one of these if I could. Of course, my old Dewalt won't seem to die.:)

I've heard that Metabo tools were good as well as the Panasonics.

I have the Milwaukee screwdriver, the one that doesn't have the clutch function. It is awesome for what I use it for and have no issues. I got mine for $29 at Homedepot.
