I use one at work everyday. The ratchet isn't bad. The battery if pushed on sideways feels like it's going to unclip and fall out. It's pretty solid though. I have the ir r3130 at home which is substantially longer but more comfortable. The battery is also in a better position, it's stronger and doesn't vibrate nearly as much as the snap on

Well that didn't take long. New and improved 3/8" version out now. CTR761B

Free speed reduced to 275 from 350, torque increased from 30 to 40 foot pounds, supposedly they improved the mechanicals of the head to make it more reliable. And because its Snap-On they couldn't resist increasing the price. Kit with 2 batteries is in the $400 range. Bare tool $220.
