Anyone know the brand so I can get correct tip?

If you search on the patent numbers it might lead you to the manufacturer. 1980's or so in that patent number range.

I'd guess that any hex shank that fits in the hole should work. The screw will lock it in.

My interchangeable tip pair can take 2-3 sizes of hex in the external clamp, but probably not as secure as yours

Bout best deal you'll find is the channel lock brand tip set. 927T. Pretty sure they sell just the tip set and betting they'll fit most

looks like your pliers originally may have come in a kit similar to this one and my guess is that you'll most likely be okay with the stuff currently being produced by A&E/Lang
