Anybody have any experience with this particular tile system they can share with me? Good or bad, or its not worth it. I know its expensive, but I'm looking for an easier solution for tiling a kitchen.

SNAPSTONE, not Snaplock...

"SnapLock® tiles'? I'd be interested in learning more, as SnapLock is our trademark and company name Snap Lock Industries.

+1 on looking for any personal experience with the Lowes tiles. I'm going to take a look at them in store and have ordered samples from RD, ST and garagefloorsllc. Can anybody share their experience? Thanks.

A few yrs ago we installed snapstone flooring in our bathroom. At the time, only menards carried it. Anyways, i'm a rank amateur at this, but i had no problems with the install. I installed it over the subfloor and it hasn't moved or cracked in 2yrs. Their grout has held up also.
One note: I tried cutting the tile with the manual cutter (the one that scores the surface, then you break it). The plastic chassis absorbed the pressure and it wouldn't break. I couldn't get that to work at all. I rented a tile saw and that worked fine.
