Snapon Expert Help Wanted

I picked up this K4 1/2" speeder yesterday at a swap meet.
I think it was made in 1930 but would like an expert to confirm.
The "0" stamp is on the opposite side of the "K4 Snap on" logo.

What year do you think this was made?
