I have recently received this impact gun among other tools from a family member who has recently passed. Upon using it for the first time I found that oil is leaking from a few places. Obviously some seals need to be replaced but I have not found a breakdown sheet anywhere online. I would like to repair this because it still works great. You can see in the last two pics where the oil is leaking from. Can anybody help me out? Thanks!

Thats a good gun. Not the most powerfull thing but good. See if snap-on will cover it under flat rate repair. Its like $125 and they will rebuild it like new again.

I will ask my Snapon guy about it and see what he says. I was trying not to spend anymore than the price of new seals on this, but if 125.00 gets me the entire gun rebuilt then that may be something I'll consider.

I'm going to take a few bolts out tomorrow and dig into it. If it doesn't seem to complicated I'll tackle replacing the seals myself

I had that same model they are VERY consistent in power delivery. The one piece chassis holds up really well.

I eventually bought a Blue-Point 3/8 buttery fly and traded mine in for that. Working on motorcycles the butter fly is a lot better.

After looking everywhere I can think of I still can't find a breakdown or assembly sheet of the hammers. While removing them the two washers fell out and I'm having a hard time trying to put them back in the correct place as I didn't see where they were installed.

Any ideas?

According to the breakdown on SO's site, both go between the impact assembly and front motor plate.
