What do you guys think about snapon instinct screwdrives?

I feel their handles are too large. On the plus side, you can get hard or soft handles, the blades are the quality Snap on design, a few colors are available, and the blade type is marked on the handle end. You can also score a set at a decent price on Ebay.I would say get used to them as I don't think they're going away soon despite all of the whining about the older handles. Your results may vary.

Totally agree with Nissan here, besides just the funky handle shape, The quality of the steel ***** 4 out of my 7 snapped like tooth picks with the first few times of using them, and they were not used as a pry bar or chisel.

I bought this set hoping I was getting some really awesome drivers, but what I got instead was a bunch of $hit

My C-am pros are doing the job well.

I love them, I have both the instinct and the previous hard handle style, I can get more torque with the instinct

They fit my hands well, but have not used them enough to complain nor brag.

I like mine been using them 6 months hard handle instinct.

I like mine well enough, been using them for about 6 months too. I have the hard handles and prefer them over the previous gen soft grip. No blade issues so far.

I bought a couple soft handles as a gift. My inclination was to dislike them - I really wanted to not like them. I have to say though they really feel nice and fit my hand well and I have small hands. The balance feels nice, too even though I think they are lighter than the traditional SO handles. Have no idea about how they will hold up but we'll see. My friend is a locksmith and he will beat the stuffing out of them.

You just can't beat WERA for screwdrivers The Felo Ergonics are pretty nice too if you like squishy handles.

Note the results of the survey place the four snap-on models at the top of the list. That seems a little suspicious to me. Craftsman Pro placed 1st among the non snapon models. I got a set of the craftsman pros for Christmas and I am VERY happy with them so far.

I have the previous gen soft grips, and my buddy has the instinct soft grips. I love them both. Far more than the old style hard handles. I still haven't figured out why there is so many die hard hard handle fans. I've had my soft grips for about 4 yrs, use them all the time, wash them in the parts cleaner, and I think their far more comfortable than the old ones. Once I can finally kill these, I'll pick up the instincts.

Man you must have arms of steel to be able snap these babies like toothpicks. I use the hex bolster plenty, and haven't been able break anything. The fastener always gives before the blade breaks.
