Snapon kra2411

I have a snapon kra2411 and today I noticed the top big 48" draw rubs the top frame piece on the box. Now there are scratches on the top of my draw. Box is only 3weeks old. I contacted my snapon rep, waiting to hear back but I was wondering if there are slide adjustments or maybe someone has seen this and knows what to do. I did have the draws out when I moved the box into my pick truck. could the slide shift and have to be reseated. any advice would be great full. Thank you

Did you check the box to see if its square? Maybe pull the drawer out and check.

Its square. I called and complained. They put in a claim. Ill here back next week.

If it is brand new they should replace it without question. Well I would hope they have that level of customer service for the money you paid.

They sent out ne drawer. I hope it fixes it. My tool truck guy said it looks to be bent.
